A Utah entrepreneur is getting attention nationwide for her ability to give people a
dark tan without the dangers that come with the sun. And her success represents a
growing trend: sun protection and tanning alternatives that are as chic as they are

online and got down to the science of it and made it work
for me. And once I made
it work for me, I knew other people would like it." Her goal:
giving Utahns a perfect tan without sun damage. She
said, "Our faces in Utah definitely age quicker, and it's
because of the sun. So sunscreen is important."
The American Cancer Society recommends you wear a
sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15. And keep in mind
that sunscreen can go bad. In general, it's good for 2 to 3
years.
